Where can gift cards be used?
Gift cards purchased online can be redeemed at any TGFmenus-managed restaurant locations. Please check with the individual location for availability. Gift cards cannot be used at certain partner or hotel-operated locations.
When can I redeem my bonus card?
Bonus cards are valid annually from January 1 through March 31, excluding February 14.
I received an email saying my gift card was re-issued. Is this correct?
Yes! Select gift cards have been re-issued due to a technical update. When dining at a participating restaurant, provide your server with the newly issued card upon payment. You can also check your card balance [here].
Can I use a gift card for purchases made through third-party sites?
Currently, gift cards are not supported on third-party platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Caviar, or other affiliated online ordering sites.
Can I use my gift card for takeout or delivery?
Gift cards may be used for takeout orders placed directly with the restaurant, either by phone or in person. Delivery orders through third-party services are not supported.

I didn’t receive my eGift card. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and add guest@tsg.pxsmail.com to your safe senders list. If you still cannot find your card, email GiftCertificates@TGFmenus.com to request a new confirmation.
Can I purchase a physical card?
Yes, physical gift cards are available at many TGFmenus locations. While they are branded to the restaurant of purchase, they can be used at any TGFmenus-managed restaurant.
Do I need to print my eGift card?
No printing is required. Simply show the server or manager your eGift card on your phone with the card number visible.
Do TGFmenus gift cards expire?
No, gift cards do not have an expiration date.
